Accreditation and Badge Collection for Official Delegations

Please be advised that accreditation badges will be issued at the Accreditation Centre inside the InterContinental Hotel Riyadh from 12 December 2025 to 13 December 2025, from 09:00am to 7:00pm.

On 14-15 December 2025, a registration booth will be operational as of 08:00am to address badge issues on the premises of the InterContinental Hotel Riyadh.

Delegations may pick them up in person. They may also authorize the Embassy/Consulate to collect badges through a Note Verbale specifying the authorized representative and passport copies. Badges must be worn visibly at all times during both days of the event (14-15 December).
